SHIPPING INFORMATION

KHE Audio offers worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped & sold from Switzerland. Orders at the KHE Audio Online Store usually get processed and shipped within 24 hours (weekends excluded). The KHE comes safely packed in a 'double boxed' carton box with foam inlets to protect the switcher during shipping, so it will arrive safe and functioning, no matter how rough the day of the underpaid delivery guy has been.

You will receive a tracking number and link to follow your shipping. Please allow 24 hours for the shipment to show up in the tracking service. If you see long delays or unexpected events in the tracking, send us a message, maybe we can assist to get things moving forward.

All shippings are fully covered by insurance - If it's lost or damaged, you'll get a new switcher!

Shipping Options

UPS Express Shipping: 2 - 5 days delivery. Fast and reliable shipping service. Available for all countries. Recommended for all orders outside Europa. UPS Express starts around $87 for a single unit. Fully insured shipping.

UPS Standard Shipping: 5 - 10 days delivery. Fast and reliable shipping service. Recommended and only available for orders in Europa. UPS Standard starts around $48 for a single unit. Fully insured shipping.

Post Standard Shipping: 20 - 40 days delivery. Uses local shipping couriers such as USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post and such. Mostly pretty slow, but it's the cheapest shipping option we offer. Not available for shipping in Europa (UPS Standard is cheaper & better in Europa). Standard post shipping start around $76 for a single unit. Fully insured shipping.
